Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care), we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or sent in error. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
